1. General rules

These regulations determine the procedure of subscription to the magazines L’Officiel Latvija and L’Officiel Baltic, issued by SIA “PREMIUM MEDIA”, unified registration No. 40003994985, hereinafter referred to as the Magazine, at https://premium-media.lv, hereinafter referred to as the Website.

2. Subscription

2.1. In order to make subscription for the Journal on the Website, the Customer must fill in the subscription form electronically, indicating:
2.1.1. the name of the Subscribed Journal, the number of subscriptions and when to start the subscription period;
2.1.2. information about the Customer and the delivery address. If the Customer and the recipient of the Journal are not the same person, then the name and surname of the recipient of the Journal must be indicated separately;
2.1.3. According to paragraphs 2.1.1. - 2.1.2. after filling in the information specified, the order must be confirmed and the order must be paid. If the Customer has not paid for the order, the subscription is considered undone.
2.1.4. The Subscriber is responsible for completing the information required in the form completely and correctly.

3. Payment

3.1. The order can be paid with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro payment cards or by transfer to the bank account indicated in the confirmation by SIA "PREMIUM MEDIA" which is send to the Customer on e-mail.
3.2. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The invoice is sent electronically to the Customer's e-mail address indicated in the subscription form. By filling in the subscription form, the Customer agrees to receive the invoice electronically.
3.3. If the Customer has chosen to pay by transfer to the bank account of SIA "PREMIUM MEDIA", the Customer must pay for the order in due time after receiving the invoice.
3.4. If the Customer has chosen to pay for the order with one of the payment cards specified in Clause 3.1 of these Regulations, then the Customer must pay for the order in accordance with the terms of use of the respective payment card. After the order is paid, the order confirmation will be sent to the Customer electronically to the e-mail address indicated in the subscription form.

4. Delivery

4.1. The Journal is delivered by SJSC Latvijas Pasts. Journal delivery costs are included in the subscription price for the citizens of Latvia. Depending on the chosen delivery territory (Latvia, European Union, other countries), the price of subscription changes. In the territory of Latvia, the subscription price is unchanged regardless of the delivery territory within Latvia.
4.2. Change of delivery address:
4.2.1. The Customer may change the delivery address of the Journal to the next issue of the Journal by the 15th (fifteenth) date of each month by sending an appropriate notice electronically to the e-mail address of SIA “PREMIUM MEDIA”: info@premium-media.lv.

5. Processing of personal data

5.1. By filling in the subscription form, the Customer agrees that SIA "PREMIUM MEDIA" has the right to process personal data in order to ensure the Customer's service, including acceptance of the order and delivery of the Journal.
5.2. In order to ensure the delivery of the Journal, the Customer agrees that personal data - name, surname and delivery address are transferred to the supplier of the Journal to SJSC Latvijas Pasts.

6. Claims for the delivery of the Journal

6.1. The Customer has the right, in electronic form, to submit a claim for an undelivered Journal by the 15th (fifteenth) date of each following month by sending the claim to the e-mail address: info@premium-media.lv. Claims are considered within 10 (ten) working days and the answer is provided electronically to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.

7. Information on the right of cancellation

The Customer (physical person) is entitled to exercise the right of cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment when the Customer has received the first issue of the Journal. If the Customer wishes to exercise the right of cancellation, the Customer, within the above-mentioned term, fills in and electronically sends the cancellation form to SIA “PREMIUM MEDIA” to the e-mail address info@officiel.lv. The Customer is obliged to return the Journal number (undamaged) received by SIA “PREMIUM MEDIA” within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of submission of the cancellation form. The received Journal number must be submitted or sent to the office of SIA “PREMIUM MEDIA”, located at - Lauvas Street 9, Riga, LV 1003. Expenses related to the return of the received Journal number are covered by the Customer.
7.2. If the Customer has submitted a refusal form to SIA PREMIUM MEDIA and returned the received Journal issue (undamaged) in accordance with the procedures specified in Clause 7.1 of these Regulations, SIA PREMIUM MEDIA shall return the money to the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the returned Journal by bank transfer to the Customer's bank account indicated in the cancellation form.

8. Final provisions

8.1. PREMIUM MEDIA reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms. Amendments to the Terms shall enter into force upon their publication on the Website.

 

Information on the right of cancellation

The Customer (physical person) is entitled to exercise the right of cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment when the Customer has received the ordered Journal. If the Customer wishes to exercise the right of cancellation, the Customer, within the above-mentioned term, shall fill in and electronically to the e-mail address: info@premium-media.lv sends the Cancellation form to SIA PREMIUM MEDIA (see the Cancellation form below).

The Customer is obliged to return the Journal received by SIA “PREMIUM MEDIA” (undamaged) no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of submission of the Cancellation form.

The received Journal must be submitted or sent to the office of SIA “PREMIUM MEDIA”, located at - Lauvas Street 9, Riga, LV 1003. Expenses related to the return of the Journal shall be borne by the Customer.

If the Customer has submitted a Cancellation form to SIA PREMIUM MEDIA in accordance with the above procedure and returned the received Journal (undamaged), SIA PREMIUM MEDIA returns the money to the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the Cancellation form by transfer to the Customer's bank indicated in the Cancellation form. current account. SIA "PREMIUM MEDIA" is entitled to suspend the refund until the moment of receipt of the Product.
